Psychological safety as a stumbling block
Tata Steel created a new framework of practical habits for leaders and launched online workshops and tools to promote feedback and dialogue about the impact of leadership. The activities seems to be having some impact but raised the issue of psychological safety as a stumbling block. This needed skilled facilitators to host workshops – a skill that is rare in my experience. Do you know some methodologies that can help to mitigate this.
