Awesome! I have developed a concept for the ‘Transfer of Learning’ which I am discussing with @Jorge Muract of #steelUniversity. It would be great if we could combine our thinking. The concept is about how we can help learners put into practice what they have learned and how their success in doing so can be measured. It is the ultimate measure of training evaluation I guess. ANYONE ELSE interested in joining this conversation ‘off line’?
