In this simulation you will take control of a bloom and roll it into an I-beam. To do this you must take the bloom as it drops out of a re-heating furnace and move it down the line towards the “roughing” stand. The view will change automatically to the Roughing Mill to allow you to move and rotate the feedstock according to the “rolling schedule” shown on-screen. After completing this, the view will revert back to the main Plant View and you must take the stock through the end shear and onto the REF (Roughing-Edging-Finishing) stands where you can roll it into its final shape.
