Summary of the lecture

This is the second lecture of a four-part series of webinars hosted by ISN, worldsteel, and steeluniversity. This edition focuses on discussing best practices around monitoring individual-level training and competency for third-party contractors onsite.

The lecture will be presented by Mike Reazin, ISN’s Vice President, who brings extensive experience in management and leadership roles within ISN. Previously overseeing Business Development efforts in the Energy Industry, Mike has led initiatives focused on sales strategy, customer retention, and client services since 2010. Joining him is John Gamble, HSE Senior Coordinator at ISN’s London office. With prior experience in Health & Safety roles within pharmaceutical and building product industries, John is a valuable member of ISN’s Review & Verification Services team.

Speakers Introduction

Mike Reazin
Vice President,
ISN

Mike Reazin is a Vice President at ISN, overseeing the Empower Team who manages ISN’s new worker-enablement initiative and mobile application. Prior to his current role, he held several management and leadership roles within the organization, most recently Senior Director overseeing ISN’s Business Development efforts in the Energy Industry.

Since joining ISN in 2010, Mike has managed team initiatives focused on sales strategy, customer retention and Client services. His experience includes leading teams at ISN focused on contractor management for Clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities and Heavy Manufacturing in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a board member of the Semones Family YMCA.

John Gamble
HSE Senior Coordinator,
ISN

John Gamble is an HSE Senior Coordinator based out of ISN’s London office. He is a member of the Review & Verification Services (RAVS) team that verifies contractor and supplier HSE information. Prior to joining ISN in 2023, John worked in the pharmaceutical and building product industries in Health & Safety roles. He holds the NEBOSH National General Certificate and obtained his bachelor’s degree in forensic science from Nottingham Trent University.
