Summary of the course

In the Digital Transformation II Program we will continue to address concepts related to the Transformation that organizations and individuals have to go through in these times of change.

Through videos, exercises, complementary reading material, which you will do at your own pace, you will be able to start the path towards a new way of transcending the changes, and be able to face the challenges that the digital world poses.

Digital transformation is not technological, it is cultural.

And for this, we need a new mindset (Digital Mindset) to address cultural change in a different way, where leaders empower their teams and facilitate change based on soft skills, data, etc, while promoting agile processes.

The modules of this first stage are:

2. Leadership in the Digital Age
3. Transf. Digital and changing times

What you will learn:

• • To understand what agility is all about and to learn about the agile methodologies, SCRUM and KANBAN.
  • To get to know about new leadership styles in the digital era.
  • To identify the key skills for a digital transformation.

Instructor

Virginia Genovesi

Virginia Genovesi is a certified coach at Marshall Goldsmith (USA) and has studies at Harvard (Boston), IMD (Europe), Rice University (USA), among others.

Virginia has 20 years of experience in Human Resources areas, with international experience in multinational companies, both regionally and globally.

She hold a Director position in HR at Tenaris and was part of the organizing team of TEDx Tenaris.

Currently, in addition to being a coach, she is a consultant and speaker on Talent and Digital Transformation topics, and she is a leader and mentor at Singularity University Argentina.

She was a member of the Diversity Committee at Tenaris and is currently an Advisory Board/mentor in organizations that work for the empowerment of women (FLOR, Vital Voices, G100).
