Summary of the lecture
Society operates best with clear, truthful and transparent communication. It’s no different for a steel company.
Steel companies require a societal license to operate. This involves regular and clear communications with all stakeholders, including employees, local communities, government, suppliers, customers, media, and shareholders.
It’s a daunting challenge, and one a communications leader must address every day.
This lecture presents a strategic approach to communications for a steel company and provides a case study of the Techint Group’s response to COVID-19.
